My life's mission to "help others find belonging and meaning in life" drives me to spark connections between people and plan community-building events. I believe that our relationships should be real. And that these connections are one of our greatest tools we have to live our lives on purpose. Every year I host workshops, retreats, and events that set us all back to our intentions.

I'm glad you're here. I'm a former pastor, ghostwriter, and Harvard Business Review author turned ICF-certified coach in Bend, Oregon who helps individuals, teens, couples, and families assess what isn't working in life and create a strategic plan forward.

Facilitate the Aspiring Wise Old Woman Collective, an online community of women focused on what matters - a diverse, wise, and inclusive space to talk about important things and exchange advice.

I believe that coaching should be accessible to all, no matter what insurance thinks about it. I offer free or subsidized coaching to single moms through Habitat for Humanity. If you become my client, you make coaching possible for these women as well.

Get Inspired.
